Refund and Cancellation Policy


1. Cancellation Policy:


Cancellation by Customer:
Customers can cancel their laundry service order at any time before the scheduled pickup time.
To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer service team via phone, email, or through the Brightnok Private Limited website or mobile app.
Orders canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Cancellation fees, if applicable, will be communicated to the customer at the time of cancellation.
Cancellation by Brightnok Private Limited: Brightnok Private Limited reserves the right to cancel orders in cases where:
The customer's location is outside our service area.
There are safety concerns related to the delivery location.
The customer fails to provide necessary information or cooperation for order fulfillment.
In the event of order cancellation by Brightnok Private Limited, customers will be notified promptly, and any payment made will be refunded in full.

2. Refund Policy:


Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are issued in accordance with the following conditions:
If the customer cancels an order within the specified timeframe before the scheduled pickup time.
If Brightnok Private Limited is unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances or operational constraints.
Refunds are not applicable for orders that have already been processed and for which services have been rendered.

Refund Process:
Refund requests must be submitted to our customer service team via phone or email.
Upon approval of the refund request, refund will be processed once confirmed in 2 business days & will be credited to the original source of payment in 4-5 business days.
Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
